About Us
How Living With Clarity started
We began LWC after running a simple 21-Day Mindfulness+Reset as a couple of friends (Bridie and Mia). We wanted a way to find calm that fits real life — short practices, clearer boundaries, fewer inputs.
Doing this had a profoundly positive impact and we wanted to share our system with others. We publish practical notes you can use share and discuss. Clarity isn’t more information — it’s fewer, better inputs. Small experiments, repeated.
Why Offer So Much Free Content?
Short answer: the world is pretty angry negative space right now. We publish simple, real-life practices that lower the volume—an antidote to negativity. Calm minds (and nervous systems) make better choices. Better choices lift frequency as a collective, we are doing our bit to help this happen. We don’t want to be influenced by the need for more clicks or monetization which changes the content people products.
Our goal is to be contaminated (in a highly contaminated world) and walk the talk!
What we do
- Micro-practices that fit busy lives (2–10 minutes).
- Tools that reduce reactivity and increase clarity.
- Faith-friendly, science-aware, zero woo required.
How this helps you
- Less stress, more focus.
- Fewer knee-jerk reactions; more choice in the gap.
