You are the screen; the thoughts are just the movie. You can find peace without having to make the voice go away. You just need to change your relationship to it.

The 30-Second Proof: The 'Third Person' Shift
Try this: Take a current stressful thought (e.g., 'I'm never going to finish this'). Now, rephrase it in your head as: 'I am having the thought that I'm never going to finish this.' Notice the tiny gap that just opened up. You just moved from being in the simulation to observing the data. That gap is where your clarity lives.
