Digital products (downloads, templates, audio): Delivered electronically after payment.
Courses / memberships / newsletters with paid tiers: Access continues while your subscription is active.
- Pricing & taxes: Shown at checkout; prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location. Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Passion.io), and their terms also apply.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until you cancel.
- How to cancel: Use the account/subscription portal or the link in your receipt email. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date (platforms may require processing time).
- Failed payments: We may pause or terminate access until payment is resolved.
7) Refunds
- Digital downloads: Due to their nature, all sales are final unless a refund is required by law or we state otherwise on a specific product page.
- Courses / memberships: Unless stated on the relevant sales page, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
- Coaching (if offered): Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions are charged.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing here limits your non-excludable rights under NZ law.
16) Indemnity

17) Governing Law & Disputes
